dedicated IT Compliance Analyst to strengthen our compliance efforts, support
key stakeholders across the Egmont Group, and ensure that our IT practices meet
regulatory, policy, and audit requirements.

About the Role
As an IT Compliance Analyst,
you will play a central role in maintaining adherence to Egmont IT Security
Policies, regulatory requirements and internal governance processes. You will
collaborate closely with IT, business units, Legal, and other Group functions
to support both operational and strategic initiatives.
You will be part of the
Corporate IT Compliance team, contributing to policies, controls, assessments,
and reporting across the Egmont Group.
Your
primary tasks will include:
- Participate
in updating and maintaining IT policies and internal governance documents.
- Support
IT Security & Compliance assessments across Egmont companies.
- Assist
with internal and external audits, including preparation, evidence
collection, and follow‑up.
- Support
training and awareness activities, including contributing to development, tracking
completion, and reporting.
- Prepare
draft compliance reports, presentations, and stakeholder material for
management reporting.
- Contribute
to vendor assessments and documentation reviews (e.g., TOMs, DPAs,
certifications).
- Document
and assist in identifying IT risks and improvements in compliance
processes and workflows.
What We Expect from You
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Compliance, IT Audit, Cybersecurity, or a similar field.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001, CIS, GDPR, NIS2, or internal control environments.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, structured, and able to work independently.
- Big4 or audit background is considered an advantage.
